Entry Rules

Please read all rules carefully before submitting your registration.

1.
Applicants must have made or are making their livelihood in the Oil & Gas Industry.
2.
Applicants must be in their 50th year or older, or as circumstances warrant.
3.
Applicants may be retired, semi-retired, or active.
4.
The first 144 maximum applicants will be accepted.
5.
Senior Entry Fee: $300.00.
6.
If the tournament is cancelled due to uncontrollable factors, payment adjustments will be handled manually by the committee.
7.
Entry fee includes golf, golf carts, club handling, cleaning, and daily storage.
8.
Super Senior Entry Fee: $175.00. Super Senior is open 9-hole golf. Participants may get their own group together or join a group for a 9-hole round each day.
9.
Oilwives Entry Fee: $100.00. Includes Social Afternoon and Wind-Up BBQ.
10.
E-transfer payment is required through morrisdrew51@gmail.com.
11.
Donations of corporate giveaways for the wind-up will be acknowledged.
12.
A donation in addition to the entry fee would be appreciated.
13.
Entry deadline: June 30, 2026.
14.
Cancellation deadline: June 30, 2026. For cancellations, call Drew Morris at 780-668-7939 and leave voicemail if necessary.
